All terms refer to the offer, acceptance and consideration of payment necessary to undertake the process of our assistance to the Client in the most appropriate manner for the express purpose of meeting the Client’s needs in respect of provision of the Company’s stated services, in accordance with and subject to, prevailing law of Poland. Any use of the above terminology or other words in the singular, plural, capitalization and/or he/she or they, are taken as interchangeable and therefore as referring to same.

We make efforts to ship your orders as soon as possible. On a product page, you will find information about order processing time for this product. Order processing time will be specified also in e-mail with order confirmation. In rare circumstances processing your order can take longer than expected, but you will be informed beforehand if this happens.
Payments and shipments
We accept the following forms of payments:
– Credit and debit cards, as well as other local payment methods by Stripe gateway,
– PayPal and other payment methods by PayPal gateway,
– Instant cryptocurrency payments by ZondaPay gateway,
– Direct bank transfer (manual SWIFT/SEPA bank transfer).
We offer the following forms of shipments:
– FedEx / TNT Shipping
Shipment method availability depends on country/region.
By using any above payment or shipment provider, Client agree to transfer necessary data to these companies and accepts their Terms of Use and Privacy policy.
The expected time that your parcel will reach you is specified on a page with available shipping methods on each product page as well as in checkout. The expected delivery time is not guaranteed because it is affected by multiple factors, after shipping your order we have limited capabilites of influencing the delivery process.
By using above payment or shipment providers, Client agree to transfer necessary data to these companies and accepts their Terms of Use and Privacy policy.

Orders that are not picked up by a customer will be returned to Company. In the event of customer not collecting the parcel, the order can be refunded when the return parcel reaches Company, after deducting delivery and return costs.
International shipments:
The parcels with orders are shipped from Poland. Your order can be a subject to import duties, local taxes and customs clearance costs on delivery depending on your location and local laws.

Returns & Refunds
All Clients can return ordered items without a need to specify reason within 30 days from receiving the order. Client has to indicate a will to return order within 30 days from receiving the order using e-mail.
All returns must be postmarked within thirty (30) days of receiving the order. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with original box and box content.
Return Process
To return an item, place the item securely in its original package as well as appropriate outer packaging and include your proof of purchase. Mail your return to the following address:

Please note, you will be responsible for the return shipping process and all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend you use a trackable method to mail your return.
You should notify us about return parcel by e-mail.
Refunds
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return. Please allow at least fourteen (14) days from the receipt of your item to process your return. In case it is not possible to refund you using original payment method, we will contact you and offer alternative. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
