Warranty Statement of Limited warranty

Limited Warranty covers material and manufacturing defects under regular use in the Warranty Period. 

In the Warranty Period, Coinplate will repair or replace products or parts of a product that is proven defective because of defective material or manufacturing, under regular use. Coinplate will replace or repair products or parts of products at no charge using new parts.

The Warranty Period for products purchased from Coinplate is 1 year from the date of purchase.

Limited Warranty does not cover loss of any assets or information stored on products. Coinplate will not be liable for loss of valuable assets, cryptocurrencies or other information. This includes product failure, damage as well as misuse or loss by the end user.

To obtain warranty service, customer has to contact Coinplate and send information about the problem. Coinplate will determine the most suitable solution to resolve the problem.

Customer has to send purchased products back to Coinplate, after prior contact, to the address indicated by Coinplate.
